You will quickly and easily learn the basics of the diving equipment‚ breathing and compensation techniques and some skills‚ you will dive under the guidance of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 ft). During this experience you will learn how to use diving equipment and get introduced in the exploration of the underwater world in Costa Rica.
You will get the chance to work on scuba diving skills with an instructor to be more confident and prepared.
We offer two options:
Doing it in one day : You will have your theory session and learn about the equipment on board, on the way to Catalina Islands. Arriving there, you will get prepared to go in the ocean to do your scuba training and to practice the diving skills in calma and shallow water environment. After doing the exercises needed, you will be ready for your two dives with your instructor.
Doing it in two days : You will do your scuba training and learn about the equipment in the pool, one day before your diving tour. The following day, you will have your theory session on board and get prepared for your two dives with your instructor.

We will meet at the dive shop in Playa Tamarindo at 6.40am to do paperwork and get all the equipment needed.

Our boat departure is in Playa Tamarindo.
